Fence Installer

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Fence Installer with experience working with wood, vinyl, and chain link fencing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on installation experience, their own tools, and reliable transportation. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, mark, and layout fence lines accurately according to project specifications.
• Install wood, vinyl, and chain link fences, including gates and hardware, ensuring proper alignment and stability.
• Dig post holes and set posts securely with concrete.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and equipment safely and effectively.
• Remove old fencing when required and prepare sites for installation.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times.
• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members regarding project requirements and progress.
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience installing wood, vinyl, and chain link fences.
• Must provide own tools required for fence installation.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Ability to read and follow project plans, measurements, and instructions.
• Physically capable of lifting, digging, carrying materials, and working outdoors in varying conditions.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a crew.

Compensation: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
