Furnishing hotels is our business and we are growing! We are looking to add a Sales Manager to our established sales team to assist in the hiring and development of Account Managers/Hotel Brand Specialist.
Inside Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Performance Management- You will be responsible for managing the performance of the individuals on the sales team through managing objective criteria, such as:
- Contacts Made / Opportunities Found / Conversion Rate
- Gross Sales Volume
- Execution of Valiant’s 7-step sales process
- Time management and problem solving
- People Management- You will be responsible for maintaining and growing the Sales Team in ways such as:
- Hiring & training new Account Managers/Hotel Brand Specialist
- Setting clear goals and expectations
- Evaluating the quality of customer contacts
- Daily one-on-one meetings
- Developing strategy
- Creating high energy and a positive work environment
- Managing all Team Members to our standards
- Customer Engagement/Retention - We value our customers! You will assist our Hotel Brand Specialist to be successful in ways such as:
- Getting involved on sales opportunities throughout the entire sales process
- Helping to solve customer issues such as missing products, fright damage etc.
- Targeting specific hotel brands where we can have the most impact
- Developing methods to reach more prospects effectively
- Ensuring existing customers are being contacted on a regular basis
- Demonstrating qualities of leadership, such as:
- High energy with the ability to motivate a team
- Reliability and attention to detail
- Being a positive role model and working smart
- Effectiveness with communication, both verbal and written

Qualifications:
- Sales management/leadership experience
- Hospitality Furnishings sales experience is a plus!
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Work at Valiant Corporate Headquarters Monday–Friday 8 to 5
- Able to create spreadsheets for analysis of numbers
Compensation and Benefits:
- compensation package $90,000 - $110,000+
- Includes Salary,Incentives, and Bonus Plan
