Job Description
We are looking for a responsible Medical Documentation Specialist/Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clinical tasks in our growing, fast-paced medical office. Duties will include providing support to our physicians and manager, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. Prior billing coding experience will be an asset.
Responsibilities/Skills:
Strong EMR and computer skills are highly recommended, as our clinic is currently on the Practice Fusion electronic medical records (EMR) system. The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment is important.
