Summary TTG Solutions is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to perform as a Data Scientist/ Analyst. The successful candidate will develop and transform data, creating models that enhance decision-making processes. They will be responsible for data extraction, manipulation, and the development of predictive models presented through user-friendly dashboards.Description The primary responsibilities include developing and modeling data to enhance decision-making, extracting and manipulating data sets to create workflows, and predictive models for end-users. The role involves conducting data analysis to ensure accurate predictive forecasting and managing analytics requests, which includes capturing requirements and creating, as well as maintaining, analytic dashboards.Experience LevelSubject Matter Expert Normally requires at least sixteen (16) years of experience specific to the skill or occupation. For specific computer languages, systems or technologies, expertise with the subject matter or technology outweighs the number of years of experience. Requirements: 16 yrs+
Required Skills
* Minimum of 16 years' experience in Data Science/Analysis
* Experience with Splunk SOAR
* Experience integrating diverse data streams
* Ability to establish data standards and manage IT/service delivery data sets
* Experience analyzing complex networks and systems
* Proficient in analyzing log data from various network components and operating systems
* Familiarity with shared networks and multiple security enclaves
* Experience in Systems Engineering with a network analyst/engineering background
* Splunk familiarization and dashboard creationOptional Skills
* Security Development and Operations (SecDevOps)
* Network security background, including log data analysis and metrics generation
* Expertise with Splunk, including advanced apps like ITSI, SOAR, and UBA
* SOAR certification within 6 months of hire

Base Salary $208,000 - $252,000 PTO 30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays. Retirement 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. Paid Benefits Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you. Annual Bonuses 3% to 5% annual bonuses. Cell Phone Stipend $100 monthly phone expense reimbursement. Base Salary $252,000 Base salary for position. Retirement $37,800 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. Benefits Budget $50,400 20% company paid Individual Benefits Account (12% for 30-days PTO, 8% for Insurances). If your insurance or PTO expenses are less than this, we bonus the difference to you. Annual Bonus $12,600 Annual bonus, 3% to 5% on average. Training Budget $2,500 Annual training budget. Training Hours $2,900 3 paid days for training. Phone Stipend $1,200 $100 monthly cell phone stipend.
