Alco Air has been serving East Texas families for over 30 years with trusted plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services. We are growing and looking for experienced Plumbers to join our team in Longview, TX.

What You’ll Do as a Service Plumber:

• Perform residential plumbing service calls, including diagnostics, repairs, and installs
  
   
• Communicate with customers to explain issues, solutions, and options
  
   
• Provide top-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction
  
   
• Accurately complete work orders using ServiceTitan (training provided if needed)
  
   
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and a professional appearance
  
   

What We’re Looking For in our next Service Plumber:

• Valid Texas Journeyman or Tradesman Plumber License (required)
  
   
• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience preferred
  
   
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  
   
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  
   
• A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
  
   

Pay Range:
$26 – $35 per hour, depending on experience + potential incentives

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, with rotating on-call availability
