Flexographic/Digital Printing Press Operator
Location: Holland, MI
Shift: 1st Shift (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday)
Pay: $16.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience)

We’re seeking a Flexographic/Digital Printing Press Operator to join a growing company specializing in the manufacturing and shipping of custom labels. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity where you’ll operate printing equipment, produce high-quality labels, and help meet production goals in a clean and comfortable work environment. Overtime may be required as needed.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Flexographic/Digital Printing Press Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
Machine Setup & Operation: Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic and digital printing presses to produce quality labels according to specifications.
Material Handling: Safely lift, position, and load dies (2.5–80 lbs) and raw material rolls (10–300 lbs) onto the press using available lifting devices or team assistance.
Quality Control: Inspect printed materials for color accuracy, alignment, and quality consistency.
Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance on press equipment.
In addition, you will also be expected to maintain production records, support team goals, and follow all safety and quality procedures.
What We’re Looking For
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to lift and maneuver 2.5–80 lb dies and 10–300 lb material rolls (with equipment or assistance as needed).
Must be able to stand for long periods while operating machinery.
Prior printing press or manufacturing experience preferred.
Skills:
Mechanical Aptitude: Understanding of mechanical processes and press operation.
Math & Measurement: Ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations and read rulers/tape measures.
Problem Solving: Identify and correct process or quality issues efficiently.
Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Organization & Detail Orientation: Ability to stay focused and produce consistent, high-quality work.
Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills for data entry and press operation.
