Preferred Qualifications
  • Specialized knowledge at the intersection of law and accounting.
  • Experience in structuring and negotiating complex business transactions with tax implications.
  • Background in advising high-net-worth individuals and business owners on tax and estate planning strategies.
  • Experience in preparing estate and gift tax returns
Work Environment & Physical Demands
  • The position requires on-site presence at both the Mesa and Scottsdale locations.
  • Frequent use of legal research tools, documentation platforms, and case management software.
  • Ability to manage high caseloads in a demanding, deadline-driven environment, with access to firm-provided support structures, mentorship, and administrative assistance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
