We are currently seeking a Full-time Assistant Manager with a flexible schedule to join our management team  at  our Charlotte, NC (CLT) Airport Location. If you have strong business acumen and management capabilities in areas such as recruiting, timekeeping, scheduling, cost & risk management, and service delivery then this may be the opportunity you've been searching for.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising the day-to-day operations for airport location including responsibility for achieving safety and loss control and profitability weekly goals.
• Partnering closely with Corporate Recruiting & Human Resource Managers to achieve employee requirements
• Making sure employees are following safety protocols
• Responsible for monitoring the cleaning and driving for all employees scheduled
• Ensure productivity standards and benchmarks are met in assigned location
• Workforce planning, scheduling, and forecasting
• Complete required paperwork related to productivity standards
• Coach and mentor new employees.
• Cover driver/ VSA’s open shifts as needed to fulfill customer needs.

Qualifications and skills that we are looking for:

• Strong leadership skills with a least 2 years of progressive experience leading teams and/or operations.
• Experience in employment processes such as recruiting, hiring, retention/turnover management, progressive discipline, and termination.
• Hands-on experience in controlling losses relative to workers compensation and general liability insurance highly desired
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• And have a Valid Driver License
• Authorized to work in the US
• Clean Driving Record
• Open availability Weekend as well
