Responsibilities Our Account Manager is accountable for: Developing and advancing strong relationships with customer end users (principals, administration, superintendents, board members, etc.) by understanding their individual business and overall staffing needs. Proactively identifying and implement work processes that improve speed, productivity, efficiency, cost, and/or the customer experience. Overseeing a team who are responsible for the temporary workforce including, but not limited to, turnover, coaching, counseling, terminations, co-employment, sexual harassment investigations, acting as appropriate. Essential Skills Successful creation and maintenance of high-level strategic client relationships History of success in account strategy and management 2+ years of high-level client account management, team leadership, and operations experience within the staffing, HR, or related industry and 2+ years of required people leadership experience Must be able to travel locally up to 20% for hiring, recruiting, school, talent, and other applicable events and have a Valid US Drivers license in good standing. This is a full time onsite role at a local district office in Egg Harbor, NJ. Compensation Base compensation range: $61,575 – $72,000 Total compensation package and benefits applicable to the position – understanding that each person has unique professional and personal needs focused on your total well-being.
