Base pay range $116,000.00/yr - $169,000.00/yr Must Haves 5+ years of overall experience with Workday configuration. 2+ years of demonstrated hands‑on proficiency in Workday Recruiting module configuration. 50% or more of total Workday experience must be focused on the Recruiting module. Strong understanding of Recruitment Processes and Best Practices, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Technical knowledge of Workday tools: EIBs (for data migration), security roles/permissions, reports, dashboards, and calculated fields. Knowledge of standard API and custom 3rd party integration techniques. Super strong communication skills and a proven ability to work cross‑functionally as a "technifunctional" analyst.
