Overview Candidate should have 10+ experience in Workday with Core Workday knowledge along HCM / HRIS knowledge and all the modules of Workday. Responsibilities Knowledge on Report writing, Calculated fields and Business process. Knowledge on Core connector, EIBs and Studio Integrations on both Inbound, Outbound integrations. Knowledge on troubleshooting of Integration failures and Errors. Looking for L2 and L3 support so need to have knowledge on Ticketing tools and SLA's. Documenting repetitive incidents and solutions provided in SOPs for future use. Ready to work in shifts or rotation. Managing skills to handle the team and to interact with clients. Presenting WSR over weekly connect with clients on count / number of tickets closed, open and backlogs. Qualifications 10+ years of Experience in Workday with Core Workday knowledge, HCM/HRIS, and all Workday modules. Experience with report writing, calculated fields, business processes. Experience with Core connectors, EIBs, and Studio Integrations (Inbound/Outbound). Experience troubleshooting integration failures and errors. Experience in L2/L3 support and familiarity with ticketing tools and SLAs. Experience documenting repetitive incidents and solutions in SOPs.
