Hale International is supporting a client who recently went live with Workday HCM. Following divestiture, they are now undertaking a reconfiguration to ensure the platform fully supports their growing workforce across the USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico. With over 4,000 full-time employees and contractors, the HR team is new and requires additional Workday expertise to stabilize and optimize the system. The ideal candidate must be based in the USA or Canada. Key Responsibilities: Act as an additional HRIS Analyst within the team, supporting system stabilization and optimization. Resolve backlog issues spanning Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, PTO calculations, and employee classifications. Partner with HR leadership and SI consultants to address post–go-live challenges. Support knowledge transfer and provide guidance to internal HRIS resources. Assist in preparing the tenant for reconfiguration activities. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Workday HCM Generalist, with strong coverage across Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. Hands-on experience troubleshooting and resolving post–go-live system issues. Ability to deliver training and knowledge transfer to internal HR/HRIS teams.
