Job Description Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Picker - 3rd Shift Pay: $19/hour Overview: Join a growing team and play a key role in supporting expanding distribution operations. We're seeking dedicated, detail-oriented associates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Accurately process and audit customer orders to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. Pack products securely and efficiently to meet shipping requirements and deadlines. Ship orders promptly to designated customer locations using proper procedures. Inspect products for defects and verify they meet customer standards before shipment. Collect cardboard and operate the compactor to support recycling initiatives. Sort, count, and organize parts to maintain accurate inventory levels. Assist with general warehouse duties, including receiving and labeling products. Essential Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain order accuracy. Proficiency in packing, picking, and order processing. Knowledge of production and shipping procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Prior warehouse experience preferred. Familiarity with inventory management practices. Skills in receiving, counting, and labeling products. Ability to lift and move packages as required by the role. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milan, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
