Warehouse Clerk / Customer Support Associate

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support daily operations through a mix of customer communication, inventory handling, and shipping/receiving tasks. This role offers variety, teamwork, and the opportunity to develop valuable skills in logistics and customer relations while helping keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide order updates, answer questions, and resolve concerns promptly
• Receive incoming shipments and verify items against packing slips to ensure inventory accuracy
• Stock, label, and organize materials on shelves to support design and production processes
• Prepare and gather completed orders for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy
• Learn and operate shipping software to process and package outgoing orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records with strong attention to detail
• Support a fast-paced work environment with light physical activity throughout the day

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency with a willingness to learn new systems and software
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with light physical duties
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience in customer service, warehouse, or shipping/receiving is preferred
