Warehouse Clerk / Customer Support Associate Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support daily operations through a mix of customer communication, inventory handling, and shipping/receiving tasks. This role offers variety, teamwork, and the opportunity to develop valuable skills in logistics and customer relations while helping keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities - Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide order updates, answer questions, and resolve concerns promptly
- Receive incoming shipments and verify items against packing slips to ensure inventory accuracy
- Stock, label, and organize materials on shelves to support design and production processes
- Prepare and gather completed orders for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy
- Learn and operate shipping software to process and package outgoing orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records with strong attention to detail
- Support a fast-paced work environment with light physical activity throughout the day
Qualifications - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency with a willingness to learn new systems and software
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with light physical duties
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in customer service, warehouse, or shipping/receiving is preferred
