We are seeking an urgent opening for an experienced medical office manager or a medical practice administrator to join our team! You will coordinate medical and health services in hospitals, clinics, or similar organizations.

We are an Internal Medicine/Hospitalist group practice. An ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Office Manager. Bilingual will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel
• Plan and coordinate health services
• Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
• Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
• Must be able to multitask. Have experience with both front and back office responsibilities, also. Such as appointments, referrals, prior authorizations, insurance verifications, triaging, scribing, billing/coding, credentialing, meeting management, etc

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare or other medical fields
• Experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
