Job Details:
• Work 4x10 hour rotating shifts, Monday through Friday
• 40 hours guaranteed per week • Call requirements include 1 night during the week and 1 weekend call shift (Saturday and Sunday) every 5 weeks • Required to pick up one additional shift during schedule period • Responsible for producing optimal diagnostic images while providing excellent patient care • Work as Interventional Technologist - IR tech in Cardiac Cath Lab department • Perform as first assist to Interventional Cardiologist, Vascular Surgeon, or Interventional Radiologist • Set up sterile trays and maintain room sterility • Duties include circulating, manipulation of drains and lines, suturing, billing and filming, supplies stocking, charting • Work with patients of all ages: Neonatal, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric populations • May be required to float to other areas based on competency level and organizational needs • Schedule varies based on department needs and may include weekends, holidays, and call shifts • Must have American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) R.T. (R) certification or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)• State of Nevada Radiation Control Program License required • Required certifications: AHA, BLS, and ACLS • Minimum 2+ years of experience required • Facility has right to call off without penalty with 48 hours notice for low censusFacility:
