As a Travel Consultant, you will be an integral member of our expert remote team, delivering exceptional service to our corporate business clients. Your Role

  • Provide guidance and make travel arrangements for corporate clients, including both individuals and groups.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and research on travel options, anticipating traveler needs to offer additional services proactively.
  • Book complex domestic and international travel across air, ground, rail, and lodging.
  • Utilize your expertise in Global Distribution Systems (GDS), specifically Sabre.
  • Ensure compliance with client travel policies, service provider regulations, and industry requirements.
  • Employ effective telephone service skills to address special customer requests.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to enhance service levels.

What We Seek

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate travel, with knowledge across fares, ticketing, and accommodations for domestic and international travel.
  • A passion for delivering excellent client service with a strong ability to anticipate client needs.
  • Proficiency in GDS platforms, especially Sabre.
  • Solid geographical knowledge.
  • Exceptional customer service skills within a travel environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Integrity in handling personal traveler information.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, particularly in business travel.
  • Ability to resolve customer issues swiftly and independently when necessary.
  • A team-oriented mindset with openness to receiving and providing feedback.

Availability

Please be prepared for a flexible work schedule, with shifts ranging from 8 AM to 10 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Compensation

The national salary range for this position is between $39,200 and $72,800. Actual salaries will be determined based on the complexity of the role and the candidate's experience and skills.

This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance.
