About the job Travel Consultant (Remote)


We're looking for a Travel Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll help clients research, plan, and book their dream vacations while enjoying the flexibility of working from home. Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their vacation needs and preferences.
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, and packages, and more.
• Provide customized travel recommendations and itineraries.
• Manage reservations, payments, and all travel documents.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, promotions, and supplier offers.
• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Basic computer skills (email, social media, online tools, google).
• Passion for travel and helping others.

Preferred but not required:

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality.
• Familiarity with booking systems or travel platforms.
• Bilingual abilities (a plus).
