Temporary Event Staff – Healthcare Conference

Location: Mayfair Coconut Grove, Miami, FL
Type: Temporary / Part-Time (November 6-9, 2025)

Join our team for a major healthcare conference in Miami! We’re hiring reliable, hard-working individuals to assist with event operations. No medical experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down event spaces
• Greet and assist attendees and exhibitors
• Distribute goodie bags and conference materials
• Manage registration for healthcare professionals and exhibitors
• Provide directions and basic event information
• Help maintain a clean and organized environment

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable interacting with people in a busy setting
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Punctual and professional
• Able to stand and move throughout the event

Schedule:
Shifts available during conference dates within the hours 7am-4:30pm est

Compensation:
$600-$750 per event
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
