We are looking for a experienced *Sushi Cook* to join our dynamic team.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Prepare and execute high-quality sushi dishes with precision and consistency
* Maintain proper handling and storage of raw fish and seafood to ensure freshness and safety
* Create daily specials and support sushi menu development as needed
* Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized sushi station at all times
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create unique dishes that represents chef Roy Yamaguchi’s cuisine
* Be flexible to work in other stations in the kitchen
* Adhere to food safety, portion control, and presentation standards

*Qualifications:*

* Minimum 1 year of experience working as a sushi cook or in a similar role
* Knowledge of traditional sushi techniques, knife skills, and seafood handling
* Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume environment
* Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistency
* Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
