We’re a tight-knit consulting firm doing big work across NYC and Long Island — and we’re looking for an experienced Staff Environmental Consultant who’s ready to take ownership, grow fast, and focus on client outcomes.

🔍 What You'll Tackle:

You’ll hit the ground running, applying your environmental expertise across a variety of project types:

• Phase I Environmental Site Assessments ( mandatory )
• Phase II Investigations including soil, groundwater & soil vapor sampling
• Remedial Action Plans & Closure, Soil Management, Health & Safety Plan
• Asbestos Surveys, Lead Paint Surveys, Mold Assessments

🧠 What You Bring:

• 2+ years of environmental consulting experience (field + office)
• Phase I ESA experience required (site inspections, historical & regulatory review and analysis, full-scale report writing)
• Phase II/Remediation experience preferred
• Asbestos, Lead Paint and Mold experience preferred but not required
• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science; or Health & Safety-related Degree with 5+ years experience
• Strong technical writing and management skills
• Comfort working independently and communicating daily
• Desire to grow, lead, and take charge of your projects

🎯 Competitive Salary: $70,000–$100,000 (scaled based on experience and scope)

📍 Job sites across NYC/Long Island | In-person work during orientation period; hybrid available after

🧪 Fieldwork 1–5x/week depending on projects | Occasional overnights possible but very rare
