At least five years of experience with the ServiceNow suite of products. A minimum of two years of experience with ServiceNow Workflows. At least five years of experience in application development. A minimum of five years of experience in designing and creating software applications. At least five years of experience in automating workflows and IT tasks. A minimum of five years of experience working with ticketing systems by ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems. At least five years of demonstrated experience in customizing features related to IT workflows and ISM modules.
