- Deliver tailored speech therapy sessions dedicated to improving language, fluency, voice, and swallowing skills.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to develop holistic care plans.
- Provide education for patients and their families to support ongoing progress beyond the clinic.
- Engage in occasional inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions, ensuring seamless continuity of care.

- Commit to continual learning and professional development to stay current within the field.
Education - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for candidates who are not yet ASHA-certified.
Certifications - Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) issued by ASHA.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first month of employment.
