Cornerstone Therapies is a leading pediatric therapy provider offering multidisciplinary services including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy. Position Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech therapy services to clients with speech, language, and developmental disorders.
  • Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other therapists for integrated care.
  • Create and implement parent education programs for skill generalization.
  • Document sessions in compliance with HIPAA and professional standards.
  • Adjust programming and targets using data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare and submit detailed progress reports.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current California SLP license in good standing.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Vietnamese a plus.
  • Additional training in AAC, gestalt language processing, feeding disorders, or myofunctional therapy preferred.
  • Reliable transportation, valid ID, immunizations, and TB clearance required.
