Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking an SMT Technician for a company in Stacy, MN . This role involves setting up, operating, and adjusting SMT equipment, monitoring quality, and maintaining equipment.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $20-$25
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Surface Mount Technology: Set up, operation, and adjustments of SMT equipment
• Monitor and maintain SMT equipment
• Perform quality control inspections
• Inspect products under a microscope
• Perform basic computer tasks

Qualifications

• Able to inspect products under a microscope
• Perform basic tasks on a computer
• HS Diploma or equivalent; 1-3 years related experience preferred
• Organized, computer savvy, detail-oriented, and self-driven
• Vision and manual dexterity to make precise movements; ability to lift 25 lbs

Physical Requirements

• Sit/stand at machines/workstations for long periods
• Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs
• Ability to interact and communicate with co-workers
