Salesforce Developer - Hybrid (2 Days On-Site / 3 Days Remote)

Location: St. Louis - Hybrid

Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (High Likelihood of Contract-to-Hire)

Pay Rate: Up to $70/Hour

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team on a hybrid schedule. This role involves developing and optimizing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud , and Flow Integrations . The ideal candidate will have experience delivering solutions in enterprise-scale environments , ensuring scalability, security, and performance at every stage. This is a 6-month contract role with a high potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and interest.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex and LWC .
• Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to meet enterprise-level requirements.
• Develop and maintain Flow Integrations for process automation across complex systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure smooth deployments in enterprise settings.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Salesforce applications for performance and reliability.
• Maintain technical documentation and best practices for enterprise development standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with Apex and LWC expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Integrations and Salesforce automation tools.
• Prior experience working in enterprise environments with large-scale Salesforce implementations.
• Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant ).
• Seniority level: Mid-Senior level
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in hybrid, collaborative teams.
