Crossmark Global Investments is a faith-based investment management firm that provides a full suite of investment strategies to institutional investors, financial advisors, and the clients they serve. This paid summer internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in the financial services industry while contributing to a mission-driven organization. During this internship, you will reside within the Distribution department and serve a key role in supporting our National Accounts, Sales, and Client Service teams primarily through intelligence management, event planning, and Client Relationship Management (“CRM”) updates. You will shadow professionals across various departments and interact with firm leadership to gain a holistic understanding of investment management firm operations. Additionally, you will network and collaborate on projects with fellow interns.

This role reports to the Vice President – Platform Development & Strategic Accounts. We are seeking a driven college student who is eager to explore a career in financial services within a faith-centered environment. A successful candidate possesses strong communication abilities, time management skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in experiencing the day-to-day operations of investment management. The internship grants you valuable insights into the sales process, capital markets, and how values-based principles can be integrated into investment strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support National Accounts, Sales, and Client Service initiatives and projects.
• Assist in planning and executing strategic account meetings that elevate firm-wide distribution opportunities.
• Gather and enter data within various internal resources (e.g., CRM and SharePoint).
• Shadow professionals within the Sales, Client Service, Investment Operations, Compliance, Trading, Portfolio Management, Marketing, and Wealth Management functions.
• Learn Crossmark’s value proposition to the marketplace and how we help clients align their investments with their values.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled college student (rising junior or senior) with an anticipated graduation date no later than June 2028.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Strong interest in investment management.
• Ability to work onsite at our Houston, TX, office for the duration of the internship.

Internship Length: June 2– Aug. 6, 2026

Internship Type: Part-time, in-office, three days/week from 9:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
