Your primary responsibilities will include inspecting roofs for damage, meeting with roof adjusters to discuss inspection results, and identifying storm damage. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough roof inspections to identify damage, wear, and potential issues.
• Meet with roof adjusters to discuss inspection findings and provide detailed reports.
• Identify and document storm damage on roofs, including hail, wind, and other weather-related damage.
• Prepare and present inspection results to clients and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and communications.
• Stay updated on industry standards, local codes, and regulations related to roofing.
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in roof inspection, roofing sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs safely.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
