This full-time, on-site position may occasionally require overtime. The ideal candidate works independently, ensures accurate processing of return mail, and maintains strong customer service standards.

Responsibilities:

Receive and log daily return mail into the system.
Prepare and process new mail packages for delivery.
Contact clients to validate business addresses when necessary.
Deliver quality service to clients via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Follow established guidelines to resolve issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Perform additional data entry tasks as needed.
Maintain organization and prioritize daily tasks effectively.
Develop and maintain working knowledge of systems and software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, and ORS.
Lift and handle packages weighing 10–20 pounds as required.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable performing repetitive data entry tasks accurately.
Ability to work on-site full time and occasionally overtime as needed.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with HRIS, Salesforce, or similar systems preferred.
