CLIENT'S HOURLY COMPENSATION RATE & AVAILABLE HOURS
* $17/hr. compensation depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills.
* 2nd (Evening) Shifts - MOST URGENT NEED. Some 3rd Shifts also available.
* You tell us what shifts YOU can work!
* Some assignments ongoing and client temp-to-perm negotiable!

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Provide compassion and emotional support to residents with Mental Health and/or IDD, ensuring all activities are designed and implemented with a goal of individual growth.
*Assist residents with tasks they are unable to perform for themselves such as: meal preparation, cooking, bathing, dressing and light housekeeping, monitoring and redirecting residents, as needed.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness
* High School Diploma or GED
* Current Physical/TB screening
* Current CPR/First Aid Certification
* PA State Criminal Background
* FBI-Dept. Human Services
* PA State Child Abuse Clearance
* Some assignments may require a Drug Screen

**Must be reliable & dependable with both the care you provide, as well as attendance.
