*Job Summary*
Walters and Hemming, LLC is growing, and we are seeking a Plumbing Project Manager to oversee our residential plumbing department. We need someone that can bid plumbing remodel and new construction projects with knowledge of Michigan codes. This person also needs to be able to work with and train plumbing staff in a positive environment while overseeing projects.

*Responsibilities*

* Valid Maters Plumbing license in State of Michigan
* Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes for Michigan
* 3+ years plumbing experience (Preferred)
* Maintain accurate work logs, including job sites, time, equipment, materials, and recommendations for follow-up
* Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics with excellent mechanical knowledge and Michigan codes for residential jobs
* Positive approach to growth and development
* Strong communication skills (Verbal and written)

*Qualifications*

* Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a strong background in plumbing and general maintenance skills
* Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
* Deliver an exceptional, high-quality customer experience in line with our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
* Work closely with project managers, homeowners, designers, and trade partners to ensure smooth installation
* Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs., climbing up and down ladders, and flexible enough to fit into tight places
* Skilled at using power and hand tools.
* Excellent and effective communication skills (oral and written)
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,117.24 - $77,216.46 per year
