Respond to Patient Needs
Manage InBasket & MyChart messages , addressing patient inquiries, symptom reports, medication questions, and follow-up concerns.
Provide timely, accurate, and compassionate communication to ensure patients feel supported and informed.
Results & Follow-Up
Relay diagnostic results including labs, imaging, and pathology findings to patients.
Document all communication thoroughly while ensuring providers are notified for necessary follow-up.
Assist with Specialty Procedures
Support minor urologic procedures such as catheter changes, cystoscopy preparation, and bladder scans.
Maintain sterile technique, assist with equipment setup, and monitor patient response.
Provide post-procedure education to patients and caregivers.
