Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Colorado Springs, CO
Job Summary:
At ECHOIX Pediatric Therapy, we are dedicated to helping children unlock their full potential through personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide high-quality care to our clients. Responsibilities:
Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA to help children with autism and other developmental disabilities reach their goals
Collect and record data on client behavior and progress, using standardized tools and software
Assist BCBAs in developing and modifying treatment plans based on client needs and progress
Collaborate with BCBAs to provide parent training and education on ABA principles and techniques
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree in a related field preferred
Completed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and certification
1 year of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities; experience with ABA therapy a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and BCBAs
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to various locations
