This part-time position will work every Saturday and Sunday evening from 7:00am to 3:30pm in the Adult Residential Unit in Maryville, IL. Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts are eligible for a shift differential. Responsibilities Provide consumer-driven services. Model traits such as personal responsibility, self-advocacy, and hopefulness. Refer and link consumers to community resources. Attend meetings and consumer staffings and help to develop programs. With co-workers, supervisor, facility staff members and consumers, ensure a safe and sanitary living environment. Answer calls and messages, receive and distribute mail, and observe video surveillance equipment where applicable. Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. Must possess a minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Personal experience with recovery process and willingness to discuss it as appropriate. Demonstrated skills in human services and in services to adults. Demonstrated ability to work within organizational structure. Ability to accept supervision. Demonstrated ability to work constructively with consumers, treatment resources, and the community. Valid driver’s license, private auto insurance, and be insurable. Basic computer skills including MS Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and an electronic medical record. Are you intrigued by this job but don’t meet every single requirement?
