Are you a motivated sales professional with strong communication skills and a passion for local media? Join our team at a well-established small market radio station in the La Crosse area , where you'll work closely with local businesses and advertising agencies to craft effective radio advertising campaigns.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and grow an established client base
• Develop relationships with new clients and local businesses
• Collaborate with creative and programming teams to deliver results-driven campaigns
• Represent multiple radio brands in the local market
• Meet and exceed sales goals in a supportive team environment
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

What We're Looking For:

• Prior sales experience (radio or media preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to build relationships and maintain long-term clients
• Self-starter with strong time-management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the La Crosse and surrounding businesses is a plus
• Ability to collaborate with staff company wide
