TM Landscaping is an established, all-season Design–Build–Maintain company with deep experience serving the North Shore. We are looking for a Project Manager who has a passion for landscaping, thrives on teamwork, and finds satisfaction in helping others succeed. This is a key leadership role, balancing both office and field responsibilities to ensure projects are scheduled, resourced, and delivered to the highest standards. The Project Manager will oversee project schedules, budgets, materials, and quality control while coordinating with crew leaders, managers, designers, and clients. You will be part of a supportive management team that works together to make sure every job runs smoothly for our customers, our crews, and each other.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage projects from start to finish: review contracts, budgets, and drawings; source materials; handle scheduling, site layout, and check-ins; provide regular client updates and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with management on crews, materials, fleet, tools, equipment, and subcontractors.
  • Work both in the office and in the field
  • Approve timesheets, invoices, and daily site reports for your projects.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor quality, efficiency, and job preparation.
  • Provide weekly project updates to clients and the internal team.
  • Maintain accurate job sheets, notes, and reports using cloud-based software.
  • Promote landscape enhancements and services that add value for clients.
  • Actively work & support snow operations during the winter months.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in landscaping, construction, or project management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to guide crews and work with customers.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Knowledge of New England landscaping practices, materials, and standards.
  • Comfortable working in both office and field settings.
  • Valid driver’s license required (Hydraulic License and/or CDL a plus).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish a plus).
