Job Title: Professional Land SurveyorJob Description We are seeking experienced Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) for remote roles licensed in at least one of the following states: Washington, Oregon, or Idaho. As a Professional Land Surveyor, you will manage construction survey projects, prepare ALTA/NSPS surveys, legal descriptions, boundary adjustments, and more. This role offers a starting salary of $120,000+ depending on experience, along with full benefits. Responsibilities + Manage construction survey projects. + Prepare ALTA/NSPS surveys. + Draft legal descriptions and boundary adjustments. + Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date. Essential Skills + Proficiency in civil 3d. + At least 5 years of experience in professional land surveying. + Experience in construction project management, ALTA surveys, boundary adjustments, and legal exhibits. + Licensed in Washington, Oregon, or Idaho. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Proficiency in CAD is a plus. + Strong communication and documentation skills. + Clean driving record. + Must pass post-offer drug test. Work Environment The position offers flexibility with the option to work fully remote, fully in person, or in a hybrid model, depending on the candidate's preference. The work environment is collaborative and digital, with support from offices in Washington and Oregon.
