Keller Williams is seeking a motivated, results-driven Productivity Coach to join our team.
In this role, you will coach, train, and mentor real estate agents to help them reach their professional and financial goals. The Productivity Coach is a key driver in moving non-capping associates into capping status, ensuring agents achieve higher levels of production and long-term success.

Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions focused on productivity, goal setting, and business growth.
• Lead training sessions on Keller Williams tools, systems, and best practices, such as Command, Ignite, Bold, etc.
• Support the standards of the Program by recruiting a minimum of 5 agents to the program monthly. (Holding recruiting appointments or co-hosting career nights monthly as determined by the Market Center Leadership).
• Hold agents accountable for their business plans, tracking their progress, and offering encouragement and actionable feedback to improve performance.
• Track the productivity of agents through regular check-ins, performance metrics, and real-time data, ensuring agents stay on target.
• Provide ongoing coaching around lead generation, conversion strategies, time management, objection handling, and closing deals. Conduct weekly skill set training on SCRIPTS and Lead Generation – DAILY from 8:30 – 11:00 am (or as otherwise agreed upon).
• Inspire and motivate agents by fostering a culture of success and personal growth within the Market Center.
• Work with the Market Center Leadership and other department heads to ensure coaching aligns with Market Center goals and values.
• Serve as a point of contact for new buyer and seller inquiries.
• Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email.
• Gather client information and understand their real estate needs.
• Coordinate with licensed agents to schedule consultations and tours.
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the client journey.
• Support administrative follow-up and documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales; must have an active real estate license.
• Prior experience in coaching, mentoring, or training roles is highly desirable.
• Adapting to Keller Williams systems, models, and technology platforms (such as Command and KW Connect).
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills to inspire and guide agents to success.
• Ability to set, track, and achieve personal and team goals.
• Comfortable with technology and tools used to drive agent productivity, including CRM systems and lead generation platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple coaching relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally.
• Comfortable working with clients and managing follow-up tasks.
