About the Role:

The Plumber-HVAC Tech plays a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and safety of residential and commercial properties within our real estate portfolio. This position involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet all regulatory standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and conducting routine inspections to prevent future problems. Additionally, this role requires collaboration with other maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely project completion and high-quality service delivery. Ultimately, the Plumber-HVAC Tech contributes significantly to tenant satisfaction and the overall value of our properties.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid plumbing and HVAC technician license.
  • Proven experience in plumbing and HVAC installation and repair.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in advanced HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing and HVAC issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
