\n - Manage day-to-day HR operations.
\n - Support supervisors and managers, providing HR advice regarding policies and procedures.
\n - Plan and ensure facilitation of training, coordinating training schedules.
\n - Ensure compliance with required annual training.
\n - Ensure compliance and practices of company's basic upward and downward communication promoting a work environment of trust and goodwill.
\n - Assist with retention initiatives, focusing on enhanced orientation and job training.
\n - Audit HR functions, ensuring compliance with Company policies and guidelines.
\n - Conduct investigations ensuring complaints are recorded and properly maintained.
\n - Promote community relations throughout the community.
\n - All other relevant duties to the job.

\n - Proficient Spanish Language Skills Preferred
\n - High School Diploma required; Bachelor Degree in HR, Business or other closely related field preferred.
\n - 4+ years HR, employee engagement and relations experience; preferable within a similar manufacturing environment.
\n - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n - Excellent knowledge of federal and state employment law (i.e., Title VII, EEOC, ADAA, FMLA, etc.).
\n - Excellent conflict resolution skills.
\n - Strong technology and computer skills.
\n - Organized with attention to detail.
