Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner (New Graduates accepted) - Fitchburg, MA

Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient team in Fitchburg, MA. This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no on-call or weekend requirements. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a variety of patients and have a strong interest in Pain Medicine. Experience is flexible, and new graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting
Evaluate and treat patients across a wide range of ages (excluding young children)
Work collaboratively with physicians and support staff to deliver high-quality care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical guidelines
Participate in patient education and follow-up
Qualifications:
Valid Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Massachusetts
Experience is flexible; new graduates are encouraged to apply
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
