A Phlebotomist Floater performs blood collection using venipuncture and capillary techniques across multiple clinics and locations. This role involves specimen preparation, data entry, billing, and providing excellent patient customer service while traveling to various sites as needed. It offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for skill development and career growth within the healthcare organization.
As a Float Phlebotomist, you will have the opportunity to quickly gain a vast amount of experience. You will be working with a variety of patients, team members, and clinics/locations. PST’s may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement
