• Willingness to learn phlebotomy skills and assist during downtime or when coverage is needed.

• High level of customer service experience and skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• One to two years of client-facing customer service experience.
• No prior phlebotomy experience required.
• Keyboard and data entry experience required.
