Job Description: - The Phlebotomist I supports the Specimen Processing Department by performing general laboratory support tasks requiring accuracy, strong data entry skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- The role involves handling various specimen types, maintaining compliance with test-related regulations, and adapting to frequent workflow changes.

- Previous hospital laboratory or production environment experience a plus.
Responsibilities: - Perform support functions such as A-station tasks, presort, specimen pickup/delivery, imaging, centrifugation, and aliquoting.
- Maintain accuracy and timely processing of specimens.
- Learn and understand specimen types and related testing requirements.
- Follow compliance regulations related to test ordering.
- Maintain digital and physical work areas in a neat and orderly manner.
- Communicate effectively with staff and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
