About the Role
We are hiring a PC Technician to support a leading organization in the insurance and financial services industry. This temporary position runs through March 27 and involves working onsite with the Information Systems PC Tech team. The role focuses on hardware and software setup, installation, and support to ensure smooth operations across the organization. Job Description
As a PC Technician, you will assist with installing, configuring, moving, and tearing down computer systems and related equipment. You will also provide support for software and hardware issues, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer service. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling business and personnel information. Qualifications
Required:

• Experience installing, setting up, tearing down, moving, and supporting software/hardware
• Strong customer service skills and ability to learn basic hardware-related tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personnel information.

Preferred:

• Training or experience with computer operating systems and software.
