We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to assist with payroll processing and ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to grow in HR, accounting, or payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with processing biweekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees.
Enter and verify employee timesheets, hours, and pay adjustments.
Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information in the HR/payroll system.
Help process new hires, terminations, and changes in pay or benefits.
Respond to employee questions about pay, deductions, and timekeeping.
Support the payroll team with audits, reports, and filing as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or payroll coursework preferred.
Basic understanding of payroll, timekeeping, or accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable learning payroll systems.
Excellent communication and confidentiality skills.
Preferred:
Experience with ADP, Paycom, or similar payroll software.
1+ year of administrative or payroll-related experience.
