The Spirit of the Position:
As a Parking Enforcement Agent, you will enforce parking policies within the garage. You must interact with customers and maintain the garage (sweeping, taking out trash, etc.).
Principal Job Duties:
· Monitoring metered and permit areas and issuing citations to vehicles violating parking ordinances.
· Accurately inputting vehicle license plates, vehicle information, and violation information using a handheld ticket issuance system.
· Maintaining and caring for all company-issued equipment (vehicles, phones, tablets, etc.) and reporting any damage or technical issues to the Supervisor/Manager on shift.
· Occasionally interfacing with police and other personnel
· Providing excellent customer service to all parkers, taking every opportunity to assist with questions, potential disputes, and directions.
· Performing other related duties as assigned by Supervisors/Management.
Experience:
· Experience in face-to-face customer relations.
· Experience operating handheld devices and computers.

Physical Demands:
· Willingness to work in the elements – heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.

· Ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat, and lift throughout a shift.
