A venture capital firm based in Newton, MA is looking to bring on a Corporate Paralegal on a permanent basis to help with transactional work.
The person in this role will work closely with the attorneys across the office and will be responsible for a broad range of corporate paralegal tasks including: entity management, filings, and insurance audits.
The successful candidate will have experience forming and maintaining corporate entities, compiling and forming out transitional agreements and experience in the venture capital or private equity space.
