📍 Location: Newton, IA (On-site for training, then remote)

🧠 What You’ll Do

• Be the first point of contact for patients, answering inbound calls and making outbound follow-ups
• Learn the entire front-end process to ensure smooth service delivery
• Verify referral details, create orders, and schedule equipment delivery
• Educate patients on their financial responsibilities
• Document concerns and escalate cases when needed
• Collaborate with a supportive team and grow through feedback

📅 Schedule Details

• Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (on-site in Newton)
  • Post-Training:Overnight Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
  • Rotating schedule: 3 days one week, 4 days the next
  • Must be available every other weekend
  • Remote work available after training if performance expectations are met

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

• 1+ year of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, or similar welcome!)
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and multitasking skills

Bonus Points For:

• Healthcare or call center experience
• CNA or nursing home experience
• Familiarity with medical terminology

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
