We are looking for a Senior Oracle ARCS implementation consultant to support a greenfield ARCS implementation. This role requires hands-on experience delivering multiple ARCS implementations from scratch, not just postgo-live support.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle ARCS
Design and configure Balance Sheet Reconciliations, including:
Account grouping
Reconciliation profiles
Formats and supporting documentation requirements
Implement Transaction Matching:
Matching rules (one-to-one, many-to-one, tolerance-based)
Auto-matching and exception handling
Configure Close Task Management:
Close calendars, task lists, dependencies, and ownership
Design and implement reconciliation rules, risk ratings, and auto-certification logic
Configure user roles, security profiles, and workflow approvals
Integration scope:
Integrate Oracle ERP Cloud GL and subledgers (AP, AR, FA, etc.) into ARCS
Support automated data loads for balances and transaction details to enable accurate reconciliations
Required experience:
Multiple Oracle ARCS implementations from scratch
Strong functional understanding of month-end close and balance sheet reconciliation processes
Ability to work independently and lead solution design discussions with Accounting and Finance teams
